    I've always bought value brand tinned sardines and wondered, if anyone here buys branded ones like John West, is there a difference? in nutritional values, quantity, taste... ?

    Lidl does fantastic skinless, boneless sardines in olive oil for lot less dosh than Sains smaller tin of the same.
