Just thought I'd say thanks to everyone who contributes on here and especially those who have taken the time to reply to my blindingly obvious (to some but not me unfortunately) questions that I've asked over the last few months.
We have acheived something which I never thought we'd get and the bricks and mortar are now ours (well the bank has a 75% share in it as well)
I really appreciate the sound advice that people have given me and wish everyone else luck in acheiving what you want.:T
