Letter re PPI claim I haven't made

Hi

My husband and I declared ourselves bankrupt in January 2010 and have been making repayments via an IPA.

I've received a letter when I've got home from work tonight from Lloyds TSB regarding a complaint "I" have made about PPI. I did have a loan with Lloyds TSB which was included in the bankruptcy but I haven't made a PPI claim or contacted them at all.

Also, the letter has come to our new home and not the house we lived in which we included in the bankruptcy.

How have they got our new address?

Is this normal or is it fraud?

I've tried to ring up about it but they are closed.

Thanks.
