First Look At My Credit File

In April it's 6 years since my bankruptcy. Today I took the first look at my credit file (Experian). Not really a case a burying my head in the sand just felt I had no need to check as credit has been the last thing on my mind. I was lucky enough to keep my house.
Not really knowing what to expect I was surprised to see that there was nothing on there relating to the company's that I owed money to when I went BR, they have all fallen off, is this normal?
I did expect to see something about my previous indiscretions (It states I was made BR) but all that was on there was my current creditors, mortgage and mobile.
I'm not complaining just a little surprised.

If your creditors defaulted your accounts before you were made BR and those defaults were more than 6 years ago, then yes, they would all have fallen off by now leaving just the BR itself to go in April.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thank you for the clarification. Some were defaulted before Bankruptcy but a few a knew nothing about it as I wasn't behind with payments.
I went BR when I was given 2 weeks notice on a contract worth 90% of my turnover I'd been doing for over 20 years, so it all happened rather quickly!!
A lesson well learned as I'll never put all my eggs in nearly one basket again. Thanks once again.0
