Social Fund Loan Question

My cousin is starting a new job soon and has been given a budgeting loan I think of around £140 or so to help him with his first month's travel, the SSA have agreed a repayment plan with him (not sure how much it is, but he will pay them each week).
He has been working to get his credit rating good and I think hes done a good job of it. He asked me if the Social Fund budgeting loan will show on his credit report. And to be honest I had no idea. I personally don't think it does but could anyone enlighten me/him?

No these do not show up as they are similar to government grants0
