I am looking for a fasttrack mortgage, had one last time with santander, interest only. I overpay.
Any good deals out there?
Owe 145000 value is approx £210000 never missed a payment in 7 years.
Many thanks

By fasttrack, do you mean quick like for like remortgage or do you mean no income proof?I am a Mortgage Broker

Interest-only with no repayment vehicle and no evidence of income?
You'll struggle. Brokers routinely obtain evidence of income to produce if required in a routine check by the lender, so fast-track is no longer a route to self-cert by the back door.I am a mortgage broker. Thanks folks. Yes I meant both, quick and no proof of income declaration. I do my own accounts and am also on paye, so I know that since things have tightened up an accountant is required to do your accounts.
Hoped fasttrack might still allow for those of us without but able to pay. Doesn't have to be interest only incidentally, repayment ok.0 -
No reason you have to have an accountant, if you order your SA302's most lenders will accept those.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. As said, interest only at this sort of loan to value is incredibly unlikely on the face of it but will depend what is potentially in the background.
With your SA302's, subject to income and being on repayment the process can be quite straightforward.
