4. The competition will commence on 6th March 2013 and will close on 30th April 2013 (the "Competition Period").

6. The winner will be announced on Codorn!u's social media outlets within 10 days.
7. The winner and three friends will receive return flights, airport transfers, two nights accommodation, a visit to the Codorn!u winery, one evening meal in a selected Barcelona restaurant and £400 spending money in total.
8. The prize will be organised by Codorn!u UK Limited. Management of the prize will be within the sole control of Codorn!u UK Limited and its PR Company. No refunds or replacements will be made.
9. The holiday prize package must be taken before the end of July 2013 and excludes travel during all bank holidays, as well as travel between the following dates: March 23rd – April 1st 2013.
10. The prize will be awarded to one entrant, selected at random after the closing date.
11. Winners are responsible for arranging their own insurance and travel insurance.
12. Codorniu cannot be held liable or responsible for any disruptions to travel.
13. Codorniu retains the right to make any reasonable adjustments to the itinerary.
14. If any factors beyond Codorniu’s control result in the holiday to be postponed, alternative arrangements will be made.
