Advice needed please re holiday booked and now been signed off

My daughter has just been signed off today for two weeks with stress and anxiety which is purely work related. During this period, she has three days previously booked holiday. My question is - does this form part of the two weeks sick and therefore presumably she will paid for those three days or is it taken out of the equation and three more days of sick leave are added on? Hope someone can enlighten me!

The default should be the holidays are cancelled days returned/not used from the holiday allowance and the days treated as sick.
If she still wants the holiday(eg going away) then this should be allowed and paid.0
