As someone who bought an additional set as I loved the first set I bought a few months ago, the quality of these has declined massively.

These are also reduced to the same price in store. If you look on the packaging some have a thread count of 200 and some have 250. As someone that owns both the 250 is reflective of the hotel quality you would expect. The 200 is thin and scratchy in comparison.

Had I paid full price for my recent set they'd be going straight back!

I saw this offer about a week ago but have been hesitant in ordering because i cannot see if pillow cases are included - it does say duvet set but does not mention pillow cases. Does anyone know if they are included, TIA

I'm pretty sure 2 pillowcases are included - that is normal for a double set. Why not order and just return them if you're not happy?

Just been in store and these are reduced on the sel. Took it to self scan and went through at full price which meant £36 back and a lovely free duvet set! think the barcode ends in 117 I bought kingsize x (this was the cream/ivory waffle set in a zipped bag and you get 2 pillowcases)

I really disagree. White is the best colour. You can bleach it and boil wash it to your heart's content. Why do you think hotel stuff is white?
