DMP - Obstruction complaint?

Advice please :)

Im on a dmp with payplan, i owe roughly 4500. Tesco CC are still charging me £25 interest every month, and my monthly payment is only £38 to them. If you do the maths, my 2k debt with them is going to last forever.

My friend works for a fee paying debt management company and mentioned an Obstruction Complaint letter? It was a quick phonecall but she said something about they shouldnt be charging me so much interest and with one of these complaints i should be able to get my interest ive paid ove the 6 months. Shes supposed to be emailing me a template so i can send one myself but she hasnt yet. Does anyone know what this is, if this is true, and if so where i can get my hands on a template myself? I want to give this a go, like, yesterday if i can get my interest back.

HSBC are also charging me £3 a month interest where my monthly payment is £4.91. This will take me forever to pay off my £300 debt with them.

Any advice or suggestions please?

Thanks in advance

Any complaint is worth it, whether that is an "obstruction" complaint, which I have to say I never heard of or a standard "unfair treatment" complaint.

I tried with Barclaycard and marks and spencer but got nowhere.

Post the template when you get it, I will be interested in the wording.

National Debtline website has some good template letters you can use. Also, ask Payplan if they will write to the creditor also.

    Good luck.
