How do you know what a suitable offer is for house is likely to be accepted. is it what you think the property worth?,Or how much do want the property?,Or just a random figure you believe will be accepted. Its a difficult decision.

You'll never know what will be accepted until you make an offer. Start low is my advice. I just got a house for 117k that was up for 133k and the 2 of the exact same style of house on the estate have recently sold for 132k and 135k.0
