Estate agent in L'Derry and surrounding areas

Options
Hi

I'm looking for recommendations of a good estate agency to use in L'Derry and surrounding areas. Or who should be avoided?

Any recommendations for conveyancing would be helpful too.

I don't even know what sort of fees I'll be looking at paying. I haven't had a chance to find out yet. We've been sick of this house for a long time, and made the final decision to move yesterday.

So excited...

Make sure you use an EA that lists your house on Property pal too, most do these days as property pal tends to be the most popular online site.

    We used
    http://www.danielhenry.co.uk/

to sell our house and bought off
    http://www.johnvarthur.com/

both of which were good but there are plenty of others to choose from with a google search of estate agents in the area. Good time to buy now but not a great time to sell :o I suppose it balances itself out there thou.

    For conveyancing we used

    http://www.admcclayco-londonderry.co.uk

They were excellent both times when we sold and bought (1 year between them) although to do this you pay 2 fees :o If you buy and sell at the same time it is a combined fee and a bit cheaper. Conveyancing fees tend to vary depending on land searches and other things but they have a very nice young lady who handles conveyancing only who is really very helpful, give them a call for a rough estimate on this.

    Good luck with your move.
