Can only suggest you speak to National Debtline if you don't want to wait for the CAB. Although by the sounds of things, you will be waiting up to three months for the failure certificate in any case, so you have time on your side for the CAB.LBM July 2006. Debt free 01 Sept 12 .. :T

Hello there.
Your creditors are bound by the terms of the IVA, they should not be chasing you unless the IVA has actually failed. Why not check the status direct with the Insolvency Service? You can search the register here:
http://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/eiir/
If the IVA has failed you'll be able too progress with your bankruptcy application.
Hope ths helps!

Hi..since you have made the decision to petition BR [and have got the ball rolling]...there is little...aside from hassle.....that any creditor can do to you.
Therefore it may now be time to start organising the financial...and other aspects...side of your lives to take full advantage of the opportunities BR will give you.
Things like, opening new, basic bank accounts [Co-op or BArclays]....transferring DD's and SOs, etc....
Aside from fending off [ie, simply ignoring] the creditors hassle, there is no absolute rush to petition BR.
{might be worth keeping an eye on this forum...for support...and warning of any adverse changes in IS rules ORs may have to enforce....?]No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
