Can I get a mortgage as a temp

Hi Guys,
Could anyone tell me if i would be able to get a mortgage under these conditions:
I'm 25yr old male, have a temp job that pays me £16,000 per year for the last 2 years.
I also am a sole trader with self employed tax returns for the last 3 years.
In this tax year 2012/13 my taxable income from self employment has amounted to around £40,000 so far.
So that would be around £56,000 in total taxable income for 12/13
This month (March) i have also started my own ltd company whilst still working at my temp job but am selling off my sole trader business to my ltd company for tax advantage reasons and will instead be paying myself a monthly dividend of £1,000. Im the sole director/shareholder of my ltd company. (im not sure if becoming ltd from sole trader is better or worse in the eyes of lenders)
I understand this may not be the usual set of circumstances but if someone could enlighten me on my chances of getting a mortgage for a house valued between £100k - £150k
Many thanks,

Sorry your right I should have said something like Can I get a mortgage as a temp + under other mitigating circumstances or something but still the question is legitimate.
Im thinking of a deposit value of around £20,000 but is negotiable0 -
Potentially yes.
Best to get your Experian, Equifax and Call Credit reports, order your last 3 years SA302's from HMRC and then engage a broker.
