I've seen her a few times, she is genuinely lovely and really knows her stuff. I first saw her at a work-related event and then booked to see her on my own. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

I went to an event she ran and thought her part of it was excellent. Good rules and an understanding that sometimes your diet has to work for your life. I also have a friend who has seen her professionally. Second hand account but she apparently does go through your diet and helps encourage you to come up with better versions of what you're eating. I'm sure someone else will know more but my friend really thought it was worthwhile.
