That'll be because they are in administration and closing down lots of branches. Companies in administration do not offer refunds outside of your statuary rights as they don't need to entice you back. You don't need to worry about using them again, your local branch is closing down.
Was about a year or so ago now before all this. I don't like to see any company go out of business but when they have such a poor refund policy and poor customer services sometimes these companies are more likely to go under0 -
Went to my local that's closing down and there was only 20% and that was on display stuff so I would've expected that amount off anyway0

Went to my local Dreams, everything 70% off. I got 3 bedside units and one chest of drawers (Marseille range) paid £287 for the lot.
Shop was busy and plenty of people buying.0 -
I bought a single bed for £38 and a premium memory foam mattress for £52 so really pleased. Felt really sorry for the staff though, there were only two of them and the store was really busy with soo many rude customers. Must be hard to put up with when you know you've lost you job0

And although you feel like you got a great deal, you would have actually got them for about the right price (that's how over priced they are).0 -

I don't like to see anyone lose their job. However I have no sympathy for people who have ripped off the customers who are now voting withtheir feet.0 -
had a look in my local that is closing and TBH the discounts weren't any bigger than they normally sell stuff at. Sounds like a bit of hype marketing to me.0
