Best budget eye makeup remover?

I've started using a new mascara (Bourgeois Volume Clubbing) which I absolutely love...but is a complete pain to remove!
I'm using an Yves Rocher eye makeup remover that isn't very good. I also have a Body Shop camomille one that is a little better, but not by much! Face wipes (Boots sensitive) only smear the mascara all over my face...
Does anyone know of a good eye makeup remover that isn't too expensive (less than £5 would be ideal!)? I have sensitive eyes, and can't use creams/lotions on them as they sting too much. I don't want to faff about with oils and face cloths either. I'd like a no-fuss liquid product I can use with a cotton pad. Any idea?

I know you say you can't use creams or lotions but have you tried aqueous cream?
I am the same as you re the stinging but found this worked great. I only started using aqueous cream because i actually got eczema on my eyelids from using other makes. The pharmacist told me to use the aqueous cream a few times a day and it was him who suggested it would remove make up.
It is really cheap and lasts forever.0 -
I've just come accross this one that seems to get good reviews all round: http://www.superdrug.com/face/garnier-2-in-1-eye+face-make-up-remover-200ml/invt/239975?source=179_75#readReview
Bit of a bargain too...Anyone tried it?0 -
Well, I just bought the one above for £2 in my local chemist, so I will give it a go! I'll report back on effectiveness.0

Boots cold cream is great for removing eye make-up. It costs about £2-something a tub and it lasts ages.0

Olive oil or coconut oil. Totally brilliant

Just tried the Garnier one, and it's VERY good! Much, much better than the ones I have. It doesn't sting, and it removed my mascara in a couple of swipes, no rubbing. It's a little bit oily, but nothing unpleasant.
Very happy with it, especially for the price! :T0 -
Boots essentials do pads with oil on them that remove the Bourjois mascara you use, I used to use it too and always used these.

That looks good too, and very affordable. No need for cotton pads as well. Maybe I'll give those a try next time!0
