Property Question

I have been a discharged bankrupt for nearly 2 years and 3 months, will the house automatically be put back into my name after this period.

I have received nothing regarding valuing the house since the initial bankruptcy and the house is still in negative equity.

Thanks

The OR reviews the position at 2 years 3 months. The property automatically reverts to you at 3 years if they decide to do nothing.

If they think there is some equity they will write and offer you the chance to buy it back. If you can not do so then, depending on how much equity they think there is, they will then decide weather to go for a charging order or sale.
