Filled in the forms online on Monday, went to the court today - it was all so fast, I can't believe it.
At court today there were another 7 people, we all went to see the judge at the same time and after about 3 minutes it was done.

Thanks to everyone for your help! I think without this extremly valuable forum we wouldn't have dared to do it!

Now we are dreading the OR as we had a holiday in the US lateley and not sure how they react to that, otherwise all money spent on credit cards in the last year was for food and bills.

    Congrats! I beat you to it by an hour or so but we are BR buddies! :rotfl: :D

    I have to say, we had a short break to America last November and the OR did question it. She didn't seem too pleased and we only spent £500 (that showed on our statements) for 3 nights. Eek. Still, nothing more has been said. I hope it goes that smoothly for you!
