Does anyone do Printers like Cartridge World?

I work for a small company and we was going to get new printers with Cartridge World but there service was so poor we decided not to. The guy turned up, couldn't find us, went back then phoned us to tell us that we looked to small for Cartidge world because there was only one car outside (the fitters vans + the directors were out on site). Cartridge World messed us about so much we canceled the lot. So now I am wondering if any other company does a package like the one Cartridge World were offering us.
They were offering us:
2 Free Printers as long as we brought the ink from them. We wasn't purchasing the printers, we was just loaning them on the condition we brought the ink from Cartridge world which we was happy to do.
Are there any other companies that do the same sort of service?

The company l work for sells printers and cartridges, I've never heard of tha deal before and l would say research carefully.... Printers can be dirt cheap hence why they'd loan them to you but the cartridges can be horrendous. We're they supplying you refilled/reman cartridges or genuine ones with the printer?

I'm happy to quote you for the printers you're after but we often can't beat the big stores. Same with cartridges, by the time we'd add on carriage it probably wouldn't be a great deal, there aren't good margins in that business unless you're a bulk buyer.
