money to live on etc...

What is considered enough to live on each month?

If I'm currently on a DMP will they look at that as being able to pay back my debt even if I have to ask my parents for money each month etc

I make £17,500 a year & have a debt of around £16,100.

With my DMP I have around £200 a month to live on which is hardly anything & I'd have to stop payments to afford the bankruptcy charges.

What do they actually take?
I have no house or car just A pc, TV dvd, CD's DVD's and clothes.

How easy is it to become bankrupt?

    welcome to the board,

ok first step is to contact one of the charity debt organisations ie https://www.cccs.co.uk
    https://www.payplan.com

    or your local CAB,

    who is your DMP with?

you should have had a statement of affairs done when you entered into the DMP which should have left you enough to live on ,have your circumstances changed at all ?

I am with Payplan. If I sorted out a lower monthly payment it would take years & years to pay off.
