4 months post BR and still heard nothing from the OR!

Hi there,
I just wanted to know if it was normal to not have heard anything from the OR since my original telephone interview 4 months ago? I contacted them regularly initially with lots of questions but essentially I have heard nothing....is that normal?
I am expecting a form soon about my earnings as I have told them I am now working but it seems I only hear from them when I get in touch (if that makes sense) do they get in touch at all or would I just be waiting till the year is up????

Thanks fermi, I guess I just want to know what is going on behind the scenes but I will just have to sit it out.....not something I am used to doing.
