Will I get a mortgage

Hi all first post on here looking to buy from a family member at end of June will hav 10000 deposit (10 percent)looking to borrow 90000 roughly my credit file has 3 telecommunication defaults 2 of which will b 4 years old and 1 3 years old they all are satisfied about 1 year ago I now only hav a 500 credit card which I pay and no missed or late payments showing for anything else , my salary is 20000 will I get accepted , thanks
