To celebrate Bacon Connoisseurs’ Week (18 – 24 March), a week which is highlighting the variety of quality bacon cuts and cures, we’ve got three pairs of tickets to give away to a limited edition Bacon Connoisseurs’ Week Masterclass on the 20th March, hosted by Niamh Shields of award-winning food blog Eat Like A Girl.
You will begin the evening with a Bacon Bloody Mary cocktail, before learning how to make Chipotle Bacon Jam, Bacon Fudge and Bacon Truffles, finishing the evening with a Bacon Bombay curry.
Winners will be contacted by telephone on the morning of the 18 March.
