Quick query re credit reports

Hi there,
Getting hassle from a DCA regarding a loan from Egg for approx £12k.

Been on both Experian and Equifax to get my credit reports and the Egg loan doesnt show on either.

Any idea why this would be?
All my other debts are there:(

Did you default on it more than 6 years ago? if so, then it may not show due to that.

Or it could have come off when Egg sold in on? Usually it would re-appear again in the name of whoever buys it, but sometimes they can just vanish.

Also did you give all the previous addresses that Egg might have had for you when applying for the report? If they don't match what you gave then that can prevent things showing.
