I brought a house in January for 107000, paid a 10% deposit and now I want to extend the house with a 2 story extension and a loft conversion.

What are my options to finance this? Affording the finance isn't a problem as both my other half and I work bringing in nearly 50k a year.

Secured loan on the amount or is there a way to put this on the mortgage even though it would put us into negative equity?
