Panna Cotta question....

I'm making Panna Cotta for desert tonight.
Does anyone know the sauce you have in the supermarket bought ones?

    I've been Money Tipped!
I don't know about what sauce you are refreing to, but a simple fruit coulis is always delicious o a pana cotta:
Puree strawberries (or other soft berries) with sugar and lemon. Pour on pana cotta. And send me some by post:D

Just finished making it and your in luck there is a spare one. :)

The sauce I mean is the caramel type sauce you get in the bottom of the containers with the bought ones.

We have always had a strawberry or raspberry sauce with panna cotta.Sounds more like a creme caramel with the caramel sauce.

    There are some recipes HERE

I actually made mine with condensed milk, creme fraiche, gelatine and a few drops of vanilla extract. :) First time I've tried this way.

Its a simular sauce, but it definitely Panna Cotta.
