Website is down, just as I was about to order, gah!Debt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:
This time I'm on top of it! We live and learn :coffee:0 -
Why don't you go in store get them to match you and then buy it online? Also Boots should take back anything if it hasn't been opened. Est!e Lauder will exchange or refund anything even if you open it, if you're not 100% happy.
You can't exchange anything that's been bought online. Only return it, but then the points you've earned get taken back too.0 -

Yes, that's true. Also they won't take back ANYTHING, creams, make up, etc etc bought in their shop even when they are intact and have not been opened -they say that they are not allowed to because it might have been tampered with. That has been mypersonal experiance.:(:smileyheaMagenta0 -
Boots have a policy for purchases in store, you cant return any cosmetics..which sucks!
So best way to get the best out of points is to go to a Store and go to the tills and ask for a boots.com order. They can seach the product for you, or if you know the item number its handy and quicker to tell them.
Not only do you get the bonus points, visit the ACM and get bonus points like 350 points if spending over £35 etc or double points. You get these on top of the promotion. AND because its a boots.com order and its not the right shade or u simply changed your mind you can return the item to the store.
finally...when they do the refund they one take away 4points per pound spent...not the bonus points....make sure u keep till receipt or despacth receipt.
I know because i have over 16000 points in my account

Hello
Does anyone know please if you could order in store doing a Boots.com order and still get the 3 for 2 as this is an online offer? I'm not sure of the difference between boots.com order in store and ordering online at home. I'd like the 3 for 2 offer but then I'd also like to be able to return the items if they are not right. Many thanks for any advice. I've always bought sunbeige (48) sponge on foundation before but they don't seem to do it any more so I'm guessing at the right shade.
Thank you0 -
