If you want to try and convince people that they are related because you want to try and prove house prices aren't rising then you look at the most reliable report that suits your agenda.Not sure I see the point in looking at these reports for price information when you have far more reliable HPI's.
Someone on here has compared BMW sales to link it directly to the fall in the number of mortgages to try and tell us why there were less BTLs.0
