online and offline.

I plan to buy and flip websites (i currently only flip domains and wont be counting domain flipping)

membership sites - all new non of my ones i currently have

and any offline online hybrodizing methods

may also add automated gold farming (virtual currency) to this

what is flipping a website?

flipping websites is ethier making websites from scratch and selling them on for a profit, usally 7 -12 months income

or buying websites doing them up getting them to convert and then selling them for a profit!

Love this challenge!!

I want to join however I have a case of lazitious atm loool.

The website flipping is a great method, I have a site that I want to flip but not sure if it will get anything as i havent monetised it yet but it has at least 60 articles and a 3 yr domain.. do you think it will be of any use???

Oh, and I love membership sites but the content thing can be a challenge. What general areas/ niches are you working with???

niches wise iv worked with everything from taxidermy, to offshore bank accounts with membership sites.

as for the regular ones, ex-pat membership groups, makemoney online and PUA are niches i reguarly re target.

chai website value will depend on a lot of different aspects far to many to list here but the best piece of advice i can give you is dont buy from flippa unless you know what you are doing as you will end up with a rotter!

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of selling mine on flippa!! well i will write an ebook for it to increase perceived value and see what I can get as you can set a min sale price.

Hmm, maybe I should do a colab with someone who has the knowledge and content for a membership site but not the know how of the ins and outs.. This is an exciting old game!!!

Right lets make a start!

Started this a few weeks ago but project went on the back burner for a few weeks as per usal something more important came up, (was out of the country).

Anyway project 1 is to create a affiliate business, I say business rather than website, as this is no ordinary tacky affiliate site but a large branded site made for affiliate income.

First things first is to choose a niche, no point in going for something small go where the money is!



I chose the webhosting niche, but any big niche will do.

I would add gambling to that list aswell,

so what I've gone and used a keyword expanding tool and got 2900 related keywords, I've ploughed them into market samari and got a list of just under 800 keywords which are have a high cpc but low competiton and pulled all the junk i dont want, aka "phishing site host" etc etc

I've done the same with keywords for website design and domain name and SSL certificate

and have a list of keywords I will in time have articles written for.

I picked up a domain and registered it for 5years, an easy to spell easy to remember .com related to the niche but not too similar to any other sites.

I ordered some high quality articles off a 4* text broker writer but didnt pay the silly money they want as a brokerage fee!

a 2500 word home page article, followed by 5 catagory articles of between 1300 and 1800 words.

I got a logo designed by the chap i usally use for graphics $20 but the work is alot better than fiverr and with a faster turnaround time!

and thats where I'm currently am.

1creating social media profiles, facebook twitter youtube reddit linkden etc etc and most importantly google +

order 150 articles from my third world writer, of between 400 - 800 words the quality is not as great and there are a lot of things that show that its not there first language but the quailty is ok and i can quickly edit to the point where its still worth while and at 50p per 100 words i can afford to correct a few mistakes

order 10 testimonials from fiverr, order a load of fake facebook likes and twitter followers (no seo advatage to this just social proofing).

I need to join a load more hosting affiliate programs, contact them on the phone surprise them and bump up the commission a bit.

and get the articles from my english writer up on the site with author sig and all the jazz plugged in.
