Tesco Baby Event

Tesco baby event starting from today (12/03/2012). Price cuts on nappies mostly.

Comments

  • I have tonight been into Tesco, to buy active fit nappies, the jumbo boxes, on offer at 2 for £20, as advertised in the baby club circular.

All of the signage in store says 2 for 24.99,

This is the same for the pampers sensitive wipes.

I didn't have the leaflet and was rudely told that I had to take it in to prove the offer, despite the offer having been advised by Tesco baby club, and showing them the online advertising.

I wouldn't bother going in to buy 2 boxes for 24.99! A whole £1 saving...

    Frustrating......:(

On the plus side the pampers baby dry, are 1/3 off, making them 6.66.

I bought two boxes of their cheeky bots at £30 for 2 back in the last offer, however would not pay £20 a box. Price's are creeping up.

I went into Tesco yesterday and noticed that the Pampers nappies (the cheaper orange packs) were £5.97. In the baby event they are £7...

I don't think there are many savings to be had tbh, although toddler toilet wipes were 2 for £1 which I think is good value (one pack is 70p) and decent enough quality.

It's not that long since we had a 25% at Sainsbury's, just have to keep checking on Grabbit it may be a few months until the next one.
