Wet garlic in veg box - what to do with it

Hello,
As the title says, I've received my organic vegetable box this week and it contains wet garlic which I, at first, mistook for leeks, until I sniffed it.
I've googled it, but can't seem to find any inspiring recipes. Can anyone help me?
Many thanks

Hi Bollards,
Is it wild garlic or cultivated garlic?
If it's wild you can eat the leaves, the bulb and the flowers. Ideas for it here
If it's cultivated and 'wet' then it's early season and has not yet been dried so it will need to be kept in the fridge and used in about a week. The replies on these threads might give you some ideas on how to use it:
oodles of garlic
How long does fresh garlic keep for?
Onions & garlic

You can use it like normal garlic. The flavour is a lot milder. Also very suitable for roasting whole.0

I've had some in my veg. boxes recently too. I use it like spring onion, but obviously taking into account its slightly garlicky flavour. I recommend chopping it up and adding to mashed potato, scrambled eggs (we had it with scrambled duck eggs and it was yummy), stir fries and salads. Might be good on cheese on toast... you get the idea!0

If it's wild garlic I remember seeing them use it on Market Kitchen a few times, searched on there came up with these

Thanks everyone. I think it is wild garlic. I think I might try to do some HM garlic bread in a pizza type shape as I've made extra dough today and then use the rest up in whatever meals I plan for next week.
It's a good job I'm over my garlic hatred as I really went off it for about the first 20 weeks of this pregnancy, but can just about tolerate it now!0 -
