Looks like my suspicion was correct; now I have received the PIN and logged in fully my actual score is 962.

The report itself has me puzzled; 2 negatives which are low highest credit limit and high number of credit accounts. The first negative is self explanatory but the number of credit accounts is considered high?

Here's the items it classifies as a "credit account" that I don't really think it should be:

    A settled loan from 2005,
    EE phone bill (£12pm),
Second current account with no overdraft facility,
Recently settled overdraft on reward account,
Halifax Credit card which closed last month.

I've just spoken to Halifax about this credit card to confirm it's closed, they said it's past the 30 day limit so I can apply for a new one if needed. (I was sent a letter a couple of months ago stating that; because I wasn't using the card, they had reduced the limit and if I continued not using it they would close it altogether.)
