Hi, does anyone know what the situation is if you are offered vr when still under an IPA in Scotland?
The situation is my employer is looking at vr and then if that doesn't clear their problems they will look at compulsory redundancy.
I pay £150 per month IPA at the moment, with 14 months to go.

Not sure if the IPA provisions differ at all in Scotland regarding what can be claimed under that?
