Will my credit history stop me getting a mortgage

    Ok understand but I'm still not 100% sure how banks view defaults. I know on a credit report they are shown as an "8". But what happens when an account has been in arrears or some months howling "6"s. is this not the same and viewed by lenders as a default?

    No he doesnt live abroad he lives here and pays all the usual taxes etc so proof of earning isnt a problem
