Stewed Fruit crumble (with everything but the avacado). Use a little Honey to sweeten the fruit - serve with ice cream, cream or custard. Heaven.0

Fruit salad with custrad or ice cream?
You could try a stawberry or mango mousse.... puree them, a bit of gelatine, egg white and cream? (don't ask for a recipe, I'm inventing!).
Mango and avocado could be used in a woaw salad too!
If you can't eat the lot before it goes off, puree the strawberries with a bit of sugar and lemon juice : you have made a yummy coulis. Freeze it and use thawed on ice cream.I lost my job as a cricket commentator for saying “I don’t want to bore you with the details”.Milton Jones0 -
What about a pavlova? meringues are quite easy to make. smother them in cream and chop up the fruit (not the avocado though) and scatter over the top. looks really impressive whenever my aunties make it for a family gathering!0
