OP do you have a deposit?

What does your credit file(s) show in terms of adverse credit?

You need to seek help from a broker with a case like this. Punting lender names about whilst well meaning could cause you issues.

    We've not checked Experian yet.

We don't have any savings, all our money is going into the debt, we're prioritising getting it all paid off hoping that helps with the mortgage situation. It'd certainly take us some time to get a deposit together.

How would I find a reputable broker that would deal with situations like ours?

    Thanks ;)

Without a deposit you have no chance.

Depending on what is contained within the reports your required deposit will be determined.

Get copies of reports from Experian and Equifax. From there you need to get saving for a deposit. Paying off the debts will improve your situation in the long term but without a deposit you have no options.

Yes, I'll get in to Experian and Equifax tomorrow, take it from there.

    Thanks for your advice.
