Well, in the midst of the tightest two months of the year (February and March is always low paid) I had a £209 dentist trip. A tip on toothpaste, if you head over to the Freebies forum, there's usually somewhere you can order free toothpaste from. I do this all the time, they're just little packets, but they build up and are usually a good brand, like Colgate. Can't remember the last time we had to buy toothpaste!
