trust deed

hi folks,
just had my trust deed protected a few weeks back.
a wee question,what as a rule constitutes something that counts as money you may need for an emergency.
i also work on a commision basis, how have you folks found that works in a practical sense.ie do they come looking for all spare cash you may have.

  • I finished paying my monthly payments to my Trust Deed in October 2006 to a large Glasgow based firm, but I seem to be getting the run around when I phone them, I first contacted them in November 2006 to get an update I was informed that my file had been sent to Edinburgh for closing, so I left it at that for a month then phoned Edinburgh and they said they had not recieved my file.
    Anyway its been like that since, and now i'm getting a bit anoyed, all I want is for this to end and to get on with things.

    The "Debt in Scotland" part of the above forum is excellent - some good advice on there. Nowhere near as busy as the MSE forums but you sohuld ghet an naswer within 24 hrs.
