Options
Looking for a decent reasonable Hotel in Aberdeen for graduation week 1-8th July. Of course hotels all know its graduation week too and have already increased prices.

You will have your work cut-out then. Aberdeen hotels have long been an absolute rip-off!

You might be better-off looking for a good guesthouse instead.
  • Have tried guest houses and they re as bad. At least in Hotel u can go back during the day if u like but guest house you can't. Think will actually stay in son's flat and give him money.
  • Aberdeen is indeed very exp for hotels.

Hi, IBIS is showing availability for these dates at an average room rate of £78/night for 2 sharing.
We have stayed there a few times and it's been good.
  • Thanks we got sorted Travelodge cheap and cheerful but clean. 3 nights for £89. Its the Wednesday night is most expensive and if dont get anything will stay in students flat.

We stayed at the Youth Hostel in Aberdeen last summer for graduation. It has some private rooms and they are very clean and comfortable and there is a large car park at the back not just the little bit of parking that is in front. You can buy breakfast but we sorted ourselves.

Summerhill Lodge - Best Western chain.

Cloverleaf Hotel - maybe not the most glam place but apparently reasonable food and lodging.

The Larches at Woodside, small family run place that's had good reviews in the past.

Travelodges on the outskirts might have £19 rooms if you're booking far enough ahead.
