Made out first purchase with Very on friday, primarily chose them based on price and their next day delivery policy....what a farce. The website claimed the latest it would be delivered was yesterday, waited in all day...and NOTHING!!
So we phoned the number they gave us, all automated and no one to speak to.
emailed and it said we'd get a response in 8 hours...nothing again.
That's the last time i'll be using them, how disappointing.

try complaining on their facebook page, worked alot quicker for me0

They're replied to our email and apparently their next day delivery is only an advisory, not a definite. Surely that's breaking some sort of advertising code. If its not next day then don't tell people it is! They're refunded our delivery charge and said contact them again if it hasn't turned up in 11 days. Disgraceful!0

Most sites will say Next day is guaranteed only for Monday, when ordered on a Friday.
Very specifically say:Standard Next Day Delivery - £3.95. Place your order before 9pm Monday through to Friday to get it the very next day. And yes, this means if you place an order on Friday (before 9pm of course!) we’ll get it to you on Saturday!
So that should be guaranteed.
