1. Sponsor:
All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (“ANA” or “Sponsor”) with a business address of 1-5-2 Shiodome City Center, Higashi Shinbashi, Minato-Ku, Tokyo, 105-7133
2. Eligibility:
1. No purchase necessary to participate in this campaign.
2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Prizes
Winner will receive a roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from/to an ANA gateway airport nearest winner’s residence at the time of entry and Tokyo, Japan, a single Japan domestic roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from/to Tokyo and Osaka, and one (1) night’s standard hotel accommodations at Hoshino-ya Kyoto (“Hotel”, http://global.hoshinoresort.com/hoshinoya_kyoto/). [Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of ANA tickets will vary based on the ANA gateway airport, airfare fluctuations and distance between departure location and destination. ANA will ask for the winner’s current address (“Winner’s Address”) following winner announcement, but shall be limited to the country which was entered at the time of entry. Japan domestic travel shall also be limited to gateway airports operated by ANA
4. Winners
1. The winner will be strictly chosen at random by a third party unaffiliated with ANA from the eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.
2. Notification of ANA round-trip ticket: ANA will notify the winner of the ANA Tickets by sending an Award Letter to the winner’s email. All entrants are not allowed to change their email address after entering the campaign.
3. Alternate Winners: At the time of the drawing, an alternate winner for the ANA Tickets will be chosen. If the initial winner of the ANA Tickets does not comply with the Award Letter or other conditions of these Official Rules, the alternate winner of the ANA Tickets will receive an Award Letter for the ANA Tickets. This alternate winner must comply with the Award Letter and these Official Rules to receive the ANA Tickets.
5. All Entrants Agree to the Following Conditions, among others listed in these Official Rules:
1. To be eligible for entry in the Campaign, information entered by the entrant must be accurate, truthful, complete and up-to-date as of the date of entry in the Campaign.
2. By entering the Campaign, each entrant hereby agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects on all entrants and cannot be appealed.
3. By entering the Campaign, each entrant hereby agrees that Sponsor may use the personal information collected from entrant for the purpose of administering the Campaign, fulfilling the prize (if applicable), and providing entrant with information relating to Sponsor or its affiliates and each of their respective products, services and promotions. Sponsor will not sell, share or otherwise disclose an entrant’s personal information to a third party, other than to those engaged by Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes, and then only in accordance with ANA’s privacy policy. 4. All expenses associated with entry will be the sole responsibility of the entrant.
5. Each entrant may submit only one (1) entry. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify all entries it determines is entered by the same entrant using a different name, e-mail address, and/or residing country
6. Prize Restrictions and Winner Responsibilities:
1. A liability/publicity release (“Release”) will be sent to the winner’s current address. The winner must complete and return (as directed by Sponsor) the Release unless restricted by law, which must be received by Sponsor no later than ten (10) business days after the Release is sent to the winner (or such other time as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may be forfeited by this winner.
2. Actual retail value (“ARV”) of the ANA Tickets will vary based on the ANA gateway airport, airfare fluctuations and distance between departure location and destination.
3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all expenses associated with the ANA Tickets or the use of the ANA Tickets are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the ANA Ticket winner.
4. All travel plans must be made at one time through the ANA office designated in the Award Letter sent to the winner.
5. Reservations for the ANA Ticket winner ’s roundtrip ticket and hotel reservation must be made at the latest, fourteen (14) days prior to departure.
6. Outbound travel departure for ANA Tickets must be no sooner than the day the necessary procedures are completed after receiving the Award Letter and no later than September 15, 2013. Roundtrip tickets require a minimum stay of three (3) days and a maximum stay of one (1) month in Japan.
7. Travel dates are subject to availability and holiday/blackout dates.
8. All travel requests will be fulfilled based on availability.
9. If an ANA Ticket winner is unable to make reservations within the required time period or travel within the date restrictions provided herein, the prize will be forfeited, and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
10. ANA Ticket winner is solely responsible for compliance with all required visa, immigration and customs requirements for travel to and from Japan. No refunds or re-scheduling will be made if improper documentation or failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations of the travel provider results in denying boarding or entry, and the prize will be forfeited.
11. All travel costs, including but not limited to transportation, hotel and other costs, incurred by the ANA Ticket winner to and from the selected ANA gateway airport, as well as transportation, hotel and other costs, incurred by the ANA Ticket winner in Japan shall be the sole responsibility of the ANA Ticket winner.
12. The ANA Ticket prize does not include departure taxes, inspection fees, airport taxes, and luggage fees (if applicable) from and to the selected ANA gateway airport and such taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.
13. The actual roundtrip air ticket will be issued by ANA to/from the ANA gateway airports closest to the winner’s residence.
14. Flight tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable once issued, and may not be used in conjunction with any other competition or offer. Upgrades and mileage credit are not permitted and tickets have no cash value other than fees paid once ticketed. No refunds or credit changes are allowed. If tickets are lost, stolen or expire prior to use (unless restricted by law), they will not be replaced. Applying the ticket as credit for other previous ANA air ticket purchases is not permitted. All tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes.
15. One (1) night’s standard hotel accommodations will include one Standard room, double occupancy with breakfast. Incidentals, such as drinks, room service and telephone, are not included. Winner will be making own reservations.
