underperforming endowment - do I get rid?

I recently won a misselling claim from Norwich Union. As an IFA, are there any companies that you are aware of that would be worth approaching to sell my policy rather than surrendering with Norwich Union? I have a with profits endowment due to mature in June 2017. Sum assured is £15046, bonuses up to date are £4151.65. Death benefit is £42745. I'm not aware of any terminal bonus. Norwich Union have given me a surrender value as at 03/05/05 of £8330. Monthly premiums are £55.91.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.0
