1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open only to residents in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland 18 years and over. This promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries or any of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion, including their immediate families.
3. The Promotion begins on 12 February 2013 and ends at 11.59pm on 7 May 2013 (“The Promotion Period”). All entries after this date will be deemed invalid.
4. To enter you must submit your name, email, telephone number, address and date of birth via the Palmolive website at https://www.palmolive.co.uk before 7 May 2013.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter into this competition.
6. Only one entry per household throughout the Promotional Period will be accepted.
7. The prize winner will be the first name drawn at random from all of the valid entries and supervised by an independent adjudicator.
8. The winner will be notified by email and telephone by 21 May 2013. If the prize winners fail to respond within 14 days of being contacted, the Promoter shall be entitled to select an alternative prize winner, and the original prize winner will not be entitled to a prize or any alternative.
9. The prize consists of 5 separate spa days at the famous Rudding Park Hotel Harrogate, TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards 2013 number 1 Hotel in the UK, 2nd in Europe and 4th in the World. 10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. You will be solely responsible for any costs incurred to travel to and from the venue.
12. The winners may be required to participate in relevant publicity concerning this Promotion.
13. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
14. The decision of the Promoter regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
15. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibilities for entries which, due to a technical error or any other reason are not received or are delayed.
16. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of promotional participation or the acceptance of a prize.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
