It is very difficult. I think it would be great if people could avoid judgementalism about other people's life choices. No-one appreciates exactly what it is like to be in another's shoes. Please can we be kind to each other?.
I hope that this is not directed at me at judging people. I dont judge anyone and never will. As I have said before on a public thread I keep the trials and tribulations of my own personal life private. It doesnt mean to say when someone asks for an opinion or gives one that I cannot draw from my own personal experiences to best convay my personal opinion.
I would also like to congratulate you on successfully guiding your life to where it is now! It takes a strong person to be have come from where you started to where you are now, without details I know how hard it was.

As far !!! Im aware the CSA has no money of it's own to dish out
Perhaps the CSA should take some money from the petty cases - might stop people messing around.
For example, when NRP play hide and seek... they should be charged more... and same when PWC try and screw exes down by demanding reviews weekly and trying to cause trouble.0 -

The CSA have always had the power to take whats owed from the estates of dead people! And why shouldn't the children benefit - its not like they're going to get anything from the dead parent in the future!0 -
I agree N17 if the money is owed as a debt, it should be paid out. If the NRP doesn't want it taken out of their estate, then they should pay it when it is due.0

No I wasn't directing the comment at anyone and really not even at this particular thread. I have just noticed that there have been some differences of opinion on this board recently, which is fine as long as no-one feels hurt. Most people who use it are struggling on one or other side of the csa coin and I just wanted to encourage everyone to be supportive.0 -
Thank you Prudent, I got an awful barraging on another thread over nothing and was beginning to think people had a vendetta against me
