Samsung tablets - Who else did not receive the sd card, in NI?

Bought three Samsung tablets before Xmas, cash back offer plus a free sd card. Only ever received one sd card. I have rang once a week, every week, being fobbed off each time I phone the Samsung phone line.:mad:

Has anyone in NI actually received their sd card?

yes, I know this is only a tiny item, but it is the fact that it has not been posted to us, and have ben waiting since Nov 2012.

What else can I do ?

Not really answering ur question but the price of them have really dropped to around £3

I received mine just over a week ago and got the cashback a couple of days ago.

With Samsung I'm not surprised, having received a lot of poor customer service from them in the past regarding a mobile, a camera, and a laptop. If there are any faults they don't seem to know how to fix them, and one contact centre advisor contradicts the other, and send you round in circles.
