Meeting with OR - Help please!!

I'm in court to go BR Friday 11th and straight afterwards to see OR. I can't remember being told to take anything with me, so I rang the clerk today and I have to take everything with me regarding all my debts!! At the court I'm going to they like to get it all done on the day. How far do I have to go back with bank statements, bills etc? Also, I have arrears with WFTC of £267 - they are saying its £500, I forgot to put this on my forms and a catalogue debt I forgot to put on. As I've already sworn can these be added to the list?
The local council are taking money out of my wages for last years Council tax arrears, will this carry on or will it be wiped off?
Sorry for rambling on, it's all going round and round in my head!!

Debts can, as far as I'm aware, be added or amended after the court date. Your obligation is to make the information you present to the OR as accurate as you can reasonably be expected to given your personal circumstances. The OR's investigation would turn up the information anyway but you will be best to tell him/her when you meet (can't you amend the form before the court case?).
As far as I'm aware last year's arrears should be included in BR and as such would be written off. If so it would be illegal for you to make any payment to them and illegal for them to take the money for you as no preference should be shown to any creditor. It should cease immediately but good luck with that they're getting cash from you and I doubt they'll want to stop, a word to the OR at the interview should deal with that.
As for the other information I'm afraid I can't help you. I know that anything you don't have the OR can get very easily such as bank statements.
Hope this helps.0 -
Don't panic, OH had to go straight after and so will I tomorrow.
Alan is correct, what you don't have, they can get for you.
We took the statements we had but all the OR asked him for was any bank statements or credit card ones. He had 12 months of our current account and she took them and still has them.
She also asked for his wage slips, we took 12 months but she only wanted 6 and photocopied those and gave them back.
Take 12 months would be my advice but don't panic if you don't have some/all/any.:: BCSC #71 but now discharged! ::0 -
Arggghhh! Pay slips!
One in one pocket here, another there... ug, Goodness only knows where they all are!
But surely as I'm a teacher all they need to know is that I am Main Scale 3 and that is a fixed rate... Perhaps just a letter from the head to confirm my salary this year?0 -
I think they like to see it to see if it varies and you are being sneaky and putting the lower end.
I guess if yours is fixed every month then yes, a letter should suffice.:: BCSC #71 but now discharged! ::0 -
Thank you to you both for your replies. Good luck Bakey for tomorrow, I know you don't need it!!0

Good luck indeed!
Teacher's salaries are fixed so should be ok.0
