Hi everyone relatively new to this.
My IFA called today about my fixed rate term coming to an end and knowing Im a bit stuck about paying off some debts gave what seems to be a fantastic solution.
switch from repayment to interest only for one year use the saving which for me will be about £150 per month to pay off a credit card debt after the year switch back to repayment.
Charges to switch from repayment to interest only very nomial..
What does everyone think?
