Ok so we are having a bit of difficulty with this form and having a dull hour or two, (dull as in thick..Ha ha.)
With the question dates cards obtained, do these have to be accurate ,or if not sure, what do you answer.
Do we put details of new basic bank account and do you get to explain its for receiving your income.
When did you first have difficulty ? Does this mean from now or what, as have only just stopped paying creditors.
One more for now, Money in new account, obviously not a lot but do you put down whats there and again can you explain its for normal living expenses..Dont want to lose whats there..
These might seem dull questions but need to get them right.. We feel as if we are as bright as a 25 watt bulbs at the moment.. No comments please..
Thanks

Just put what you know to the best of your knowledge, saying that this is so. The OR can check if you no longer have the records.

Yes. You must. And be advised that there is no guarantee it will be not be closed by the bank. Be prepared to open another post BR.

I took this to mean when you first had to start taking measures to repay your debts that made life more difficult than average. Just put what you think, as it will be discussed in the interview anyway.

Yes. You must. But the OR is understanding. But if possible, it is best to have a zero balance on BR day.

I echo fermi's advice. On this particular question I put that I had ALWAYS had difficulty paying my creditors, but that it had recently become impossible.
This form is just a starting point, to give the OR a general overview of your situation. During the interview they will ask for more info if they need it and you will have the opportunity to give more info if you need to.0 -
 Many thanks Fermi and Allofadither.
She has knuckled down and with the barrage of questions and the unknown of what might be said with the answers just got a bit too much, but hoping to have it all done and make the phone call to the courts tomorrow.
:T :T Thanks0
