    The prize comprises:
    a) Return flights for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, Mauritius;
    b) Return shared airport transfers for two between the airport and the hotel;
    c) Seven nights' 4* hotel accommodation on a half board basis (breakfast and dinner daily) based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability);
    d) A Big Game fishing trip in the Grand Baie area for two with return hotel transfers;
    e) Travel insurance for two.

    The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Element and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date. The trip must be taken before 25 May 2014.

    The prize cannot be taken between 19 December 2013 and 3 January 2014 (inclusive), during school holidays (27 May – 2 June 2013; 28 October – 3 November 2013; 17 – 23 February 2014; 7 – 21 April 2014) July – August 2013 or Bank/Public Holidays (6 May 2013, 27 May 2013, 26 August 2013, 5 May 2014);

    The fishing excursion lasts approximately 6 hours and includes an English speaking skipper, return transfers from the hotel, fishing tackle and safety equipment. The excursion is available Monday to Saturday throughout the year excluding public holidays. The fishing excursion is subject to availability, restrictions and/or to weather conditions.

    In the event that the fishing excursion is cancelled due to adverse conditions or other circumstances outside of the Prize Provider’s reasonable control an alternative date and time may be offered but cannot be guaranteed.

    The winner and his/her companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Mauritius. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

    Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

    Where the winner is under 21 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the winner or his/her companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adheres to the local laws in Mauritius, including but not limited to, the legal age limit for driving and for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 18 years or over. It is highly recommended that the winner and his/her companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

    The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

    Oh no help.. im on a wee ipod as my tablet is going in for repair
    this is soooooo touch sensitive I was flicking & reading the comps when a box popped up & said 'thanks for reorting this as spam' :(
    I didnt deliberately press any buttons this is a touch screen .. I cant see what im supposed to have reported?
    Will i be in trouble??
